Opened in 2000, The Flying Pig on Lexington has been the Cabbage Hill Farm's showcase for local, natural, and organic foods, and sustainable, small-scale farming.

Originally housed in the Mt. Kisco train station, the Flying Pig moved to its current Lexington Avenue location in 2006.

Our mission remains to support local, sustainable farming practices. The Flying Pig on Lexington is the farm to table pioneer of the Hudson Valley.
