The Flying Pig is a restaurant whose mission is two-fold: to ensure that small local farms thrive and to allow diners to experience the sensory joy of eating locally and healthfully.

We accrue vegetables and livestock from Cabbage Hill Farm, which is operated without hormones, chemicals, or antibiotics.
